Handmade by Her. For Every Her.

From a mother’s quiet passion to a movement of 1800 women and counting.

A Story Sewn with Beads, Bond & Boldness

A founder, Bhumi, is an IT engineer, building code by day and nurturing dreams in the background. But life shifted after marriage and a pregnancy. The 9-to-5 couldn’t hold space for motherhood and that’s when her mother’s hobby became her heartbeat.

Her mom had quietly crafted beadwork for 30+ years. Bhumi turned that art into BHM Handicraft in 2016 with one vision: No woman should have to choose between her home and her dreams. What started with a few hands now empowers over 1800 women to earn, create, and grow without punching a clock or stepping away from their families. The dream? Empower 20,000 women. And she’s already on her way.

Work that Works for Women

Retailing

We sell directly to those who value handmade beauty, online and offline. When you buy, you’re not just supporting a product. You’re supporting a woman’s journey.

Wholesaling

We work with stores, boutiques, and corporates to bring large-scale love to handcrafted work. Custom, conscious, and culturally rich.

Export

Our roots are Indian and our spirit is borderless. What began in Surat is now touching lives across continents. Our products travel far, but the heart of every piece stays close to home.

Educate

Not every woman can travel. That’s why we sent the training to her. Through couriers, recorded videos, and one-on-one sessions, we don’t just hire, we uplift.

Founder's Note

I didn’t start this to build a business. I started this because I needed space for motherhood, for identity, for contribution. During my pregnancy, I watched my mother bead quietly in a corner, like she had for 30 years. There was so much love in her hands and so little recognition for it.

That moment changed everything. I knew that if this brought peace to her and freedom to me, it could empower so many other women, too.BHM Handicraft is not just mine. It belongs to every woman who has ever wanted to work on her own terms, in her own space, without compromising who she is.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. Your support makes dreams come true.
